• Vacuum regularly using suction only or with the beater bar raised so the brushes barely touch the surface.

• Vacuum from multiple directions, paying special attention to high-traffic areas.

• Never drag furniture across the rug or pull from the edges.

• Always roll your rug for storage. Never fold natural fiber rugs.

Cleaning Recommendations

Natural sisal should never be saturated with water or liquid cleaning solutions. Avoid steam cleaning, hot water extraction, shampooing, or excessive moisture.

• Blot immediately using a clean, dry, undyed cloth—never rub.
